Tool-specific examples are included as a separate download in the NMSM Pipeline release on SimTK.

How To Use

Load the NMSM Pipeline by double-clicking the Project.prj file in the core codebase project. After that, navigate to the example of interest and run the script. Evaluate the settings file and any associated data to better understand how the example works. Some examples include information on this website.
