Tool Overviews
Model Personalization

1) Joint Model Personalization (JMP)
This tool edits the joint parameters of an OpenSim model in order to personalize it to a specific subject.
2) Ground Contact Personalization (GCP)
This tool determines properties of the model related to contact between the subject's feet or shoes and the ground.
3) Data Preprocessing
This sub-tool efficiently splits and organizes the data into a useable form for the pipeline tools.
4) Muscle-Tendon Personalization (MTP)
This tool edits the muscle parameters of an OpenSim model in order to personalize it to a specific subjet.
Muscle-Tendon Length Initialization (MTLI)
This sub-tool of MTP and NCP sets muscles parameters based on passive joint movement data.
Synergy Extrapolation (SynX)
This sub-tool of MTP estimates the EMG values for muscles that do not have adequate data available.
5) Neural Control Personalization (NCP)
This tool calculates the subject's unique muscle activations for particular movements.
Treatment Optimization

6) Tracking Optimization (TO) This tool calculates movement control settings (joint torques or muscle activations) for the model that best reproduce experimental data.
Surrogate Model Creation
This sub-tool fits a polynomial to muscle and joint properties in order to more efficiently calculate data inputs.
7) Verification Optimization (VO)
This tool checks the output of TO in order to ensure model reliability.
8) Design Optimization (DO)
This tool tests various treatment options in order to compare the results.
